EventNut is a hosted platform for online event registration and ticketing, herein referred to as the “Service”. Use of Our Service and Collection of Information

Transactional Emails

When you register with us, we require that you provide correct contact information, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and other types of information. The information you provide allows us to send you periodic reminders about your account and contact you regarding technical and billing issues. If you register with EvenutNut in error, please contact us and we will delete your record from our database.

Newsletters and Marketing Emails

When you register with us and provide us your email address, we may periodically send marketing notices and/or newsletters to that email address. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by following the Unsubscribe link located in the footer of these emails or by contacting us via email at marketing@eventnut.com We will process your request as soon as possible and in accordance with CAN-SPAM regulations.

Payment Information and Processing

When you register for our Service online or purchase an event ticket through our Service, we may collect your contact and payment information (such as name, postal address, email address, and credit card number). We use this information to create/update your account, verify your identity, authorize payments, and to send you a confirmation of your payment. All credit card and banking information will be stored securely and will be transferred via a secure Internet connection with our order processing center for the sole purpose of processing your order or refund.

Requesting/Updating Your Information

Registered users of our Service may update their personal information and credit card or banking information at any time by logging into the Service and navigating to their profile or system settings. We do not sell, share, or distribute any information that we collect from you when you register for an account or fill out a contact form, except as described in this Privacy Policy. Event Attendee Information

When you use the Service to register for or purchase tickets to an event, we may collect certain information from you, as required by the event organizer, such as name, email address, address, and other personal information. By providing this information, you agree that we may share this information with the event organizer. Event organizers are not bound by this Privacy Policy and we are not responsible for the storage and/or use of your personal information by the event organizer.

Third Party Sites and Connections

When you connect your EventNut account to third party sites such as Facebook or Twitter, you agree that we may collect, use and transfer your personal or account information to those third party sites in order to provide certain functionality, such as the ability to share an event with your friends on Facebook. The use, storage, and transfer of your information will otherwise be bound by this Privacy Policy and will only be used to provide said functionality. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party sites that you may connect to or to any third party sites that may be accessed via URLs posted on the Service.

Log Files and Non-Personal Information

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.
